Gemäß den Daten aus der Metaanalyse ergibt sich im Vergleich zur adjuvanten CMF-Therapie ein zusätzlicher Benefit: Reduktion der Rezidivrate nach 15 Jahren um 6,4 % und der Mortalität um 4,6 %.
