van de Vijver A et al: Pregnancy outcome after cervical conisation: a retrospective cohort study in the Leuven Univeristy Hospital. BJOG 117: (2010) Nach Konisation ist das relative Risiko einer Frühgeburt vor der 37. Woche um das 7-fache erhöht !

Ortoft et al: After conisation of the cervix, the perinatal mortality due to preterm delivery increases in subsequent pregnancy. BJOG 117: (2010) Nach einer Konisation ist das relative Risiko einer Frühgeburt vor der 37. Woche um das 3-fache erhöht, nach zweimaliger Konisation um das 10-fache ! Das gilt auch für eine LEEP-Konisation. Konushöhe ist ein Risikofaktor (weniger das Volumen des Konus oder der Umfang).
