Lagerung: Beachchair, Seitenlage Zugänge: Standard posterior, anterior, lateral, Neviaser Instrumente Naht und oder Dübel

Inspektion und Therapie Glenohumerales Gelenk keine Ablösung m deltoideus geringerer Weichteilschaden geringere postop Schmerzen und Rehabilitation Geringeres Infektrisiko
