The chatroom was not used at all, due to the lack of topics and timings announced and agreed. As the forum was only loosely structured and the introductory statements were not too controversial or challenging there was little motivation and encouragement to post contributions (and perhaps to read those of others). It seems also much discipline was needed to visit the forum regularly. There were days after days when no new postings could be seen There was no “guiding hand” to overcome such weaknesses by taking a special initiative although there were a number of people on the list familiar with the subject as professionals. Iserlohn 14.- 15. 05.02 Fazit Nachfrage aus EL nach der Nutzung/ Einsatz von eLearning (wie macht man das?), Content, Technologie, Nutzung der Plattform GC21... wächst; Noch gezieltere Institutionalisierung des GC21 in die Programmarbeit & stärkere Kooperationen mit Partnerinstitutionen (Mirror-sites, QM von TN) nötig GC21 leistet einen wertvollen Beitrag wenn es in bestimmten Programmphasen eingeführt & eingesetzt wird (am besten blended learning) GC21 ist kein Wundermittel: zunächst relativ hoher Investions- und Zeitaufwand um Lerneffizienz zu erzielen nur mit Erfüllung technischer, organisatorischer & methodisch-didaktischen Voraussetzungen stellt es ein sinnvolles Tool dar.
