The requirements and objectives are accomplished by means of tasks. Tasks for painting the bathroom wall might include: purchase paint and equipment, apply first coat, apply second coat. Avoiding getting paint on the tile can be accomplished by scheduling the laying of tile after the painting task, or by inserting a task to "Tape and cover the bathroom floor".
