Translating clinical ’omics’-technology (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics) into innovative cancer biomarkers aiding in early diagnosis, prognosis and treatment selection of cancer patients. Genomic instability and genomic alterations in pre-cancerous lesions and/or cancer. Novel cancer screening methods. Optimising research on end of life care of cancer patients.
