4 PROJECT ESM: Stromboli, an island in Europe, far away, so close. Starting from a previous contact with a school in this Italian island, where food and health themes are of primary importance, we want to build in our school a chain of projects that put the value upon the importance of a food and environment education meant in a very healthy and economic way.
