BJOG 117: 268-273 (2010) Nach Konisation ist das relative Risiko einer Frühgeburt vor der 37. Woche um das 7-fache erhöht !

BJOG 117: 258-267 (2010) Nach einer Konisation ist das relative Risiko einer Frühgeburt vor der 37. Woche um das 3-fache erhöht, nach zweimaliger Konisation um das 10-fache ! Das gilt auch für eine LEEP-Konisation. Konushöhe ist ein Risikofaktor (weniger das Volumen des Konus oder der Umfang).
