Bernd Schmid “The Role Concept of TA and Other Approaches to Personality, Encounter, and Co-creativity in Nonclinical Fields”
Options Introduction and systemic perspectives Communication models Theatre metaphor The role concept in TA
Options Responsibility Dilemmas Narrative TA 4 concepts on personality Professionalism
Systemic approach Mobile Attitudes: resource/solution-oriented Systemic didactic + professional culture Reality of observer Personality + encounter + context Meaning and Consequences (instead of Motivations and Biography) Models are not answers. Their function is to organize questioning and assumptions.
Metaperspectives Most important things are not hidden. To be able to see them, the observer has to change. Exploration sometimes means detailed investigation within the given frame of reference, and often changing perspectives.
Being aware of perspectives Metaphor of spotlights Which spotlights are actually turned on? In which light do they show the object? Which ones are unneccessary or distracting? Which other/additional ones would show the object in an useful light?
TA for the 21st century Principles kept 1 focussing on real people in real life situations focussing on how reality is created by transactions activating realities in which communication and encounter is possible .......to be continued later
