The following chart shows the results. The leading industrial sector is industrial/business machines for the fourth consecutive year. This broad category includes office equipment, such as computers, document printers, and routers as well as industrial automation equipment, such as CNC machines and robots. The aerospace sector grew 1.6% in 2016, while motor vehicles grew by 1.0%. Together with industrial/business machines and aerospace, consumer products/electronics and motor vehicles have been the leading sectors for much of the past 10 years.
