Make gifts and capacities visible. Find places where these are needed. 2.Activate- Activism through Community Building: Explore ways to identify neighborhood as sets and opportunities for development in local communities, and partner with direct support professionals to initiate action for inclusion. Bring possibilities to life day by day. 3.Innovate – Organizational Innovation: Examine organizational investments in innovation and explore innovative prototypes.
