1996 post cards and a big demonstration in Graz against high cost remuneration of the users and parents for services in the styrian law for services 1997 Lobbying for social planning 1998 negotiation to develop a legal framework including all quality standards and a formal funding system for Early intervention services with the styrian authorities development and negotiation of the styrian model of support for persons with disabilities including a catalogue of services, with standards for all services, a person centered assessment, free choice of the service provider and normative prices for each of these services in the whole country

 1999 Foundation of a formal umbrella as association with a new logo

1999 development of the new assessment tool with the participation of all stakeholders with a contract of the styrian authorities 2000 development and finalisation of the social plan 2000; approvement by the regional parliament and publication of this plan (developed by all stakeholders); including the structure and the principles of the service law 2004
