Joss Das finnische Bildungswesen verfügt über ein differenziertes, durchstrukturiertes Evaluationssystem, welches Lernende, Eltern und nationale Behörden und das Parlament umfasst. Ein vernetztes Steuersystem, das die guten Leistungen der Lernenden für uns nachvollziehbar macht. In der Schweiz gibt es kein Ministry of education. Bildungsinstitutionen sind auf verschiedene Bundesämter verteilt. Die Volksschule untersteht den einzelnen Kantonen.
