Eventuell sogar ein Weg, um gerade in wirtschaftlich engeren Zeiten den Markt- und Kundenerfolg zu sichern und auszubauen? CRM ist ein ganzheitlicher Geschäftsansatz, der Unternehmen unterstützt, Kunden auf effektive Weise zu gewinnen und daraus eine langjährige und Gewinn bringende Kundenbeziehung zu entwickeln. Also durch eine konsequente Ausrichtung an den Anforderungen des Marktes und der Kunden den Unternehmenserfolg zu sichern und auszubauen. And, Microsoft has an awesome solution story to tell. A solution really makes up the entire “stack” of what Microsoft and our partners offer customers. Again – technology is a means to an end and by providing a superior stack – from development tools, a industry-standard platform, business and productivity applications and services – Microsoft can secure long-term and highly respected relationships with our customers. The component of our stack that really speaks BDMs’ language is the business applications segment. This part of our total solution provides the tightest link to what BDMs care about everyday – meeting financial goals, being more informed about customers, helping employees help themselves and be more productive. Of course, this wouldn’t be possible without the infrastructure components that Microsoft has built its business on – however, when it comes to selling something that BDMs understand and get, we need to position ourselves as providing solutions that give them tangible benefits related to their business needs – solutions that deliver integration across the solution categories, but also integration across the stack. What this means to us can really be summarized in saying that if we sell the app, we secure the stack. Let’s start by looking at the entire solution set that Microsoft offers to businesses. The title of this slide says it all – From the foundational layer of the servers storing data, to the client and productivity solutions like Windows XP and Office 2003, to our ERP and CRM applications designed and architected specifically for Small, Midmarket and Corporate businesses, this is one powerful stack of Best of Class end-to-end solutions. While we as a business group focus on four core industries - Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale Trade and Professional Services these solutions are further complemented by an extensive selection of Industry Solutions – all that combine to help our customers better connect with their customers, integrate with their business partners and empower their employees. This is what makes us different, better, etc. than the competition. No one else is as well positioned to deliver this value proposition. MS is helping our customers in many facets, storing data, affordable server infrastructure, knowledge worker, communication – e-mail, word, etc., the more these systems work together the more efficient our customers will be and the more components in this stack you will be able to sell. How we can make this even better for our customers is to really make sure that the Business Solutions layer is optimized across the Microsoft platform. This is a key, key advantage for our customers and for IT Portfolio management. We are working effectively and aggressively with the other Microsoft product groups and other Microsoft technologies to make sure that we’re making all of this work much more seamlessly together for our customers.
