2  Interprofessionality is defined as the development of a cohesive practice between professionals from different disciplines. It is the process by which professionals reflect on and develop ways of practicing that provides an integrated and cohesive answer to the needs of the client/family/population. It involves continuous interaction and knowledge sharing between professionals organized, to solve or explore a variety of education and care issues all while seeking to optimize the user/family participation. aus: D‘Amour, D. & Oandasan, I. 5 Erläuterungen:  Visionen sind wertgeschätzte, übergeordnete Ziele, die in eine generelle Richtung weisen und motivierend sind. Merkmale von Teamvisionen sind Klarheit, Wertschätzung und Einigkeit zwischen den Gruppenmitgliedern sowohl über Zielinhalt als auch über das Ausmaß der Zielerreichbarkeit.  Aufgabenorientierung ist gekennzeichnet durch das Bemühen um hohe Leistung und Qualität bei der gemeinsamen Zielerreichung, durch ein hohes Maß an Teamreflexion und durch Synergie, z.B. gegenseitige Unterstützung.  Partizipative Sicherheit variiert in Abhängigkeit vom Ausmaß, in dem Einflußnahme bei Entscheidungen möglich ist, Informationen im Team geteilt werden, Kontakt gepflegt und wenig Bedrohung wahrgenommen wird.  Unterstützung für Innovation meint einerseits die Bereitschaft zur Innovation und die Umsetzung von Innovationen seitens der Teammitglieder und des Umfeldes. aus: Brodbeck, F.C. & Maier, G.W.
