Stellt euch die Halle vor -> Halle wird fotografiert (HALLEBODEN) -> Bänke, Matten etc. werden ausgeräumt (HALLEBODEN) -> Boden wird ausgerollt und verklebt (HALLEBODEN) -> Stände für die Aussteller werden abgeklebt, Bodenzettel (KLEBEN) -> Beschilderung innen und außen wird angebracht (BESCHILDERUNG) -> Möbel werden angeliefert und entsprechend auf die Stände verteilt ( MÖBEL) -> Foren / BMC / Beratungsextra wird aufgebaut (MESSEBAU)

Following there will be acknowledgements and the handover of your certificates, additionally you will receive a Campusspezialisten-bag with small presents. Day of the fair Also note When arriving on the day of the fair, please report to the CC-stand where you will receive your Campus Specialist bag with information, present, breakfast bag and lunch-voucher Occasionally there have been demonstration in front of company stands at other job fairs  in this case, leave the stand and inform Mrs. Boy ( ) or the CC-stand ( ) Empty the wastebins repeatedly, of needed (garbage bags are available at the stand of the CC) Technical support from Steve Richter at the stand of the CC On the day of the fair: ambulance service is placed at the „Ersthelferraum“ Emergency responder during build-up: Steve Richter In any other emergency: call the stuff at the stand of the CC ( ) or, if somebody has actually no tasks any more, report to the stand of the CC (66) Important informations are also available at the breakroom/wardrobe (teams, special tasks, companies divisions for catering (…)) „Helping hand“ TU Bergakademie Freiberg | 2017 |
