Philosophy of Life Theism Critical Constructivism Critical Realism The search for meaning is a human quality and a sign of human health. (Frankl, 1998, 266)
Theism Creation (Limitation of being) Value of every human being Freedom, Love, Service Need for Revelation (Bible) –Sire, Knight, Canale
Critical Constructivism We construct reality We see differently Critical: revelation, Bible as leading source –Watzlawik, Pörksen
As a critical constructivist I accept ambiguity, change, growth, watchfulness as characteristics of life (the anthropological aspect). Security, future, stability and truth is embedded only in the person of Jesus Christ (the theological aspect). Therefore faith is foremost a relationship of trust (not just believing the right thing).
Critical Realism Acceptance of Being Acceptance of Perception Critical: Reality is more than… –Noack
Three Levels – One System Value of freedom > servant leadership > change process: with each other Value of love > learning theory (collaboration) > problem solving: in a group
