Wird es noch reiche und arme Leute geben? 8. Werden wir mehr Freizeit haben? This slide can be used as a student questionnaire to find out whether they are pessimistic or optimistic about the future. Reveal the three possible answers they can give on the slide and check that they understand their meanings. They should work in pairs. One student should ask his or her partner the questions on the slide and record the answers given. They should then swap roles. When they have done this, read out the ‘results guide’ below to find out whether they are pessimistic or optimistic. Discuss the results that have been obtained.
