Korrespondenz CERN  „Are there any regular Indico meetings we could join in? As a small kickoff event of our collaboration and to get to know each other we would like to meet you at CERN, whenever it is convenient for you. What do you think?“  „In fact we have weekly meetings but it is not just Indico, it is everybody from the same section so there are many things that are not interesting for you... Anyhow, we completely agree with you about the kickoff meeting and from there we can setup regular Indico meetings with you and other people who would like to collaborate with us.It would be great if you can come a visit us! I would say after summer, in September or so, what do you think?“

Korrespondenz CERN  Ansprechpartner: Jose Benito Gonzalez Lopez  CVS branch im Indico Source Tree für eine GSI Version; Patches werden in unregelmäßigen Abständen abgeglichen.  Erste Änderung mit aktueller CVS Version erwünscht  Start einer Kollaboration mit CERN Indico Team wird in größerem Kontext gesehen  auch andere Indico Sites miteinbeziehen

Trouble Ticket Queue  (für Queue   Queues: Indico, LongTerms  LT-Indico  „LT-Indico“ verstehe ich als interne Todo Liste ?!

Integration GSI-Accounts Variante 1 -Man muss den Indico-Service verschlüsseln.  großer Administrationsaufwand -Neues Loginsystem  kein Wiedererkennungswert, obwohl Prozlogin

Integration GSI-Accounts Variante 2 (Single Sign On) -Sicherer als Variante 1 -Indico Service bleibt unverschlüsselt  weniger Administrationsaufwand -Für den User bekannte Umgebung  einfacher

Integration GSI Accounts  Variante 2 (SSO) ist für den Indico Service relativ transparent. Aus Lizenzgründen müssen wir wahrscheinlich einen Proxy auf einer Oracle Maschine einrichten.  Benutzerdaten (voller Name, Institut, Adresse, usw.) werden bei beiden Varianten aus unserem LDAP Server geladen.  Variante 2 hat wohl den größeren, einmaligen Installationsaufwand.

Subversion & Wiki  Ticket für Subversion Repository ist draußen, aber wurde noch nicht bearbeitet.  Thomas hat Wiki Seite eingerichtet: IT  InDico 

Todo  Integration GSI Accounts: 1. Benutzerdatenabfrage per LDAP, 2. Single Sign On Mechanismus einrichten mit Michael  Dennis  Fehler beim Logout  Thomas, Dennis  „Schulung“ (jeden Donnerstag 10 Uhr) strukturierter durchführen, FAIR Kick-Off Event im Nachhinein mit Sandra Schecker schrittweise im Indico nachvollziehen  Thomas, Kerstin (, Dennis)
