In moveonnet / moveon haben die Hochschulen… …eine Übersichtsliste mit allen Outgoing und Incoming e-Nominations mit dem jeweiligen Status …eine Historie für jeden einzelnen Studenten mit allen Schritten, von der Nominierung bis zur Akzeptierung / Ablehnung …alle notwendigen Funktionen um jeden der eben beschriebenen Schritte durchzuführen moveon Nutzer können dadurch den ganzen Prozess direkt in moveon abwickeln Zusätzlich in moveonnet haben die Hochschulen die nicht moveon nutzen… …Funktionen für den Export/Import von Studentendaten nach MS Excel

moveonnet ist für alle Hochschulen offen. Die Nutzung von e-Nomination ist nicht auf moveon Nutzer beschränkt. Hochschulen, die sich entscheiden e-Nomination für alle Ihre Studenten zu benutzen, können ihre Partnerhochschulen über eine entsprechende funktion in moveonnet Informieren. Partner müssen sich in moveonnet registrieren Partner sollen für alle Aufgaben / für jede Korrespondenz e-Nomination betreffend, moveonnet benutzen Partner sind nicht verpflichtet, moveonnet für den Nominierungsprozess mit ihren anderen Partnern zu benutzen Partner haben keine Kosten, außer sie entschließen sich e-Nomination für den kompletten Nominierungsprozess (Incoming und Outgoing) zu benutzen

45 e-Agreements In moveonnet, institutions should have:
An overview list of all open/valid bilateral agreements A history of each change made - All functions necessary for carrying out each step of the process just described Functions for importing and exporting agreement data to MS Excel (especially for non- moveon users)

46 e-Agreements : with moveonnet
moveonnet is available to all institutions and usage is not limited to moveon-users > partners must register in moveonnet > partners must use moveonnet for all tasks regarding agreement renewals > partners are not obliged to use moveonnet with their own other partners > partners have no costs unless they decide to use e-Agremeents for their complete renewal process

moveon should be adapted so that: - All steps of the e-Agreements procedure can be carried out directly in moveon without having to open moveonnet - The same overview of open/valid agreements along with the history of changes as shown in moveonnet is available in moveon - The same functions in moveonnet for executing the steps are available in moveon - Data about agreements/contacts must not be entered twice in moveonnet, instead it is automatically taken from the relevant data in moveon and used for the e-Agreements - Data about agreements entered by the partner institution in moveonnet is imported automatically into moveon (flows, contacts).

48 e-Nomination and e-Agreements
E-Agreements setting the limits for e-Nomination The e-Agreements which have been agreed upon by both home and host institution will be used as a basis for setting the limits for the e-Nomination. It should be possible for the institutions to define in moveonnet whether these agreements are to be accounted for and used to set the limitations for the e-Nomination. That means that only e-Nominations corresponding to the conditions outlined in the agreements may be accepted. If the host institution wishes, some aspects of the agreement may be accounted for and others not, e.g. number of students, total duration in months, field of study, study level. Alternatively a warning could appear at the home or host institution informing them that the e-Nomination does not correspond to one or more of the conditions defined in the agreement. The institution can however choose to ignore this warning and accept the e-Nomination.

If they are Postgraduates they can't come in Florence to do exams, is it right? Incoming students can do only lessons, so are you sure that they can come in Florence? Please, all the communications regarding Erasmus must be sent in our office as we wrote, you can find in the letter we are sending every year.

Moveon lässt mich nicht meine Daten als Nomination coordinator outgoings hinzufügen, ergo komme ich an Ihre Studenten nicht ran. Leider vermissen wir bei dem System die zentrale Information, nämlich die Adresse der Studenten. Der Rest ist nicht von so großem Interesse für uns.
