Welche Rolle spielen die Jugendlichen in der Jahreskonferenz? Was wollen / müssen wir am Ende der Jahreskonferenz erreicht haben? General questions: What is the role of the conference within the project? What is the role of the students in the conference? What do we want / what do we have to achieve at the end of the conference?

Representatives of the students will present the results of the two youth conferences, incl. the plan for the next steps to be taken.

Folie 4 ALBATROS Ziele Jahreskonferenz 2004 Was wir im Meeting erreichen wollen What we want to achieve in the meeting Die Jahreskonferenz wird ein Erfolg, wenn The meeting will be a success, if everybody in the teams knows and agrees with the aims of the project, and the tasks, which have to be done in the project in general as well as with his personal role and tasks in the team; we find an agreement about how to measure the success of the project; we get a feedback from people, who are intersted in the project. Jedes Teammitglied die Projektziele, die zu erledigenden Arbeiten und seine persönliche Rolle und Aufgaben im jeweiligen Teams kennt und damit einverstanden ist; wir eine Vereinbarung darüber treffen, wie wir den Projekterfolg messen wollen. Wir ein Feedback von interessierten Partnern erhalten.

Projektjahr gemeinsam ausgewertet haben (inkl. lesson learned); die Teams die Meilensteine ihrer Arbeit bis 2005 vereinbart haben; jeder weiß, welche Aufgaben er im 3. Projektjahr hat und wie diese zu erledigen sind.
