Parameter ORR after TACx2 pCR at surgery % % Grade 1– ER/PR pos neg Her-2 neg pos In addition we did a preliminary analysis of other biological factors for their value to predict a response after 2 cycles or a pathological complete remission. Whereas grade and steroid hormone receptors can discriminate between patients of high or low chance to obtain a response, Her2 status was not a predictor at all. These results correspond nicely to our previous studies. C. Jackisch
