These 2: Der Lern- und Entwicklungsprozess der neuen Schule organisiert sich entlang einer evolutionären “sozialen Technik” des Werdens (fünf Grundbewegungen).

5. Gemeinsame Gestaltung: Umsetzung des Neuen, so dass Handeln und Wahrnehmung vom Ganzen her möglich wird 1. Gemeinsame Intentionsbildung: Den gemeinsamen Grund entdecken und freilegen 4. Gemeinsames Experimentieren: Entwickele Prototypen von Beispielen des Neuen, um die Zukunft im Tun zu erkunden 2. Gemeinsame Wahrnehmung: „Hinschauen, hinschauen, hinschauen“-- gehe zu den Orten und Menschen, die für Deine Situation wichtig sind und höre mit offenem Denken und Herzen zu. Gemeinsame Willensbildung: Geh zu einem Ort der Stille und lass das innere Wissen entstehen (Presencing).

These 3: Die soziale Technik basiert auf und kräftigt sieben Kernfähigkeiten menschlicher, sozialer und kreativer Kompetenz.

Open Mind Open Heart Open Will 1. Raum geben und halten: Hinhören auf die entstehende gemeinsame Intention 7. Performing: In die Welt und in den Alltag bringen 2. Seeing: Hinsehen mit dem offenen Denken Open Mind 6. Prototyping: Kopf, Herz und Hand praktisch verbinden Open Heart 5. Crystallizing: Die Kraft der Intention verdichten 3. Sensing: Hinspüren mit dem offenen Herzen Open Will 4. Presencing: Mit der höchsten zukünftigen Möglichkeit wahrnehmen und anwesend werden

These 4: Die neue Schule ist ein differenziertes lebendiges System mit neun unterschiedlichen Räumen und Infrastrukturen des Lernens.
