Have you noticed anything? Exactly. The word Turnen starts with a capital letter and it has an n at the end of it. So it looks like an INFINITIVE

Now have a look at these 2 sentences… IchspieleGolf Mein LieblingssportistGolf spiele n I play golf My favourite hobby is playing golf

Have you noticed anything? spiele Golf has become Golf spiele n Again, the verb has an n at the end.
