Feedback zum Seminar IDA-7 Building the Wheel (4 to 72 Types) Remind participants that from the previous exercise (Walking the Wheel) they can now place any colour graph on the Insights Wheel – all they need to know is the order of the colour energies and the number above the midline. This piece uses PowerPoint to recap the rules. Using the Golden Rules as your framework, discuss the rational and irrational types (Golden rules 1-3). Highlight the definition of creative types (Golden Rules 4) and then discuss how colours act as magnets (golden rule 5). Then describe the three rings: focused, classic and accommodating. Explain naming and numbering of the Insights Wheel. Build from 4 to 8 to 24 to 72 using PowerPoint, and review with recap questions. IDA-5 Graphs – Construction of the Insights Graphs The graphs are a great link from the previous day’s Personal Effectiveness session to today’s focus on understanding the Insights model. During the Personal Effectiveness session participants will have received their Discovery Profile and reviewed their own graph. IDA-5 picks up on this initial experience of the graphs and deepens it. The construction of the graphs is explained, reviewing both the conscious and less conscious graphs. Finally, the concept of the preference flow is explained and specific preference flow calculations are demonstrated. Topic Agenda The following is a suggested order of events to deliver this topic. A detailed description of the method of delivery is provided below. q Sandwich Board Exercise q Graph 1: The Conscious Persona q Graph 2: The Less Conscious Persona q Jung’s Bi-Polar Dynamic Theory & Building the Less Conscious Graph q The Graphs and Their Numbers q The Preference Flow Calculation q M&Ms "In the bag" exercise o Draw conscious, less conscious and preference flow graphs Do in pairs © 1992 - 2003 Andrew Lothian, Insights. ©1992-2004 Andrew Lothian. All rights reserved
©1992-2004 Andrew Lothian. All rights reserved
Zeuge 3 “Was für eine gräßliche Geschichte! Was für abscheuliche Leute! ©1992-2004 Andrew Lothian. All rights reserved
©1992-2004 Andrew Lothian.
