Representatives of the students will present the results of the two youth conferences, incl. the plan for the next steps to be taken.

Folie 4 ALBATROS Ziele Jahreskonferenz 2004 Was wir im Meeting erreichen wollen What we want to achieve in the meeting Die Jahreskonferenz wird ein Erfolg, wenn The meeting will be a success, if everybody in the teams knows and agrees with the aims of the project, and the tasks, which have to be done in the project in general as well as with his personal role and tasks in the team; we find an agreement about how to measure the success of the project; we get a feedback from people, who are intersted in the project. Jedes Teammitglied die Projektziele, die zu erledigenden Arbeiten und seine persönliche Rolle und Aufgaben im jeweiligen Teams kennt und damit einverstanden ist; wir eine Vereinbarung darüber treffen, wie wir den Projekterfolg messen wollen. Wir ein Feedback von interessierten Partnern erhalten.

Folie 5 ALBATROS Ziele Jahreskonferenz 2004 Was wir im Meeting erreichen wollen What we want to achieve in the meeting Die Jahreskonferenz wird ein Erfolg, wenn The meeting will be a success, if we had evaluated the 2nd years activities (incl. lesson learned); The teams made an agree- ment about the milestones for their workshops until 2005; everybody knows his tasks in the 3rd year of the project and how to settle them. wir das 2. Projektjahr gemeinsam ausgewertet haben (inkl. lesson learned); die Teams die Meilensteine ihrer Arbeit bis 2005 vereinbart haben; jeder weiß, welche Aufgaben er im 3. Projektjahr hat und wie diese zu erledigen sind.
