Processes to be investigated: Solar Integration Steam supply level is most suitable only 1 big solar system (needed space available?) storing the steam is nearly impossible for concentrating solar systems - minimum size 500 m² - economy of scale: 2.500 m²++ Hot water integration on the consumer level is possible and more effective solar fraction might be lower, because not all processes can be served 2 smaller systems instead of 1 big system if suitable storing the heat is easy for non concentrating solar systems economy of scale: 1.000 m²++ © BSW-Solar

Neue Arbeitsgruppe Industrielle Prozesswärme im BSW-Solar Gründung am 08. Mai 2012 in Bad Staffelstein Workshop mit rund 15 Firmen zur Ideenfindung Definiertes Tätigkeitsgebiet Prozesswärmeanwendungen bis 100°C, aber auch höhere Temperaturen werden berücksichtigt, genauso Fernwärmeanwendungen, da die Herausforderungen und Lösungen für die Solarthermie dabei ähnlich sind. Ziele und Aktivitäten bisher: Arbeitsprogramm mit Priorisierung Markterkundung (Zielgruppen, Technik) Erstellung von Lastenheften für Studien Dialog mit Wissenschaft, BMU, BAFA über Kontinuierliche Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Journalistenkontakte durch Fachvorträge

Beispielprojekt: Wäscherei Laguna in Cölbe bei Marburg Entwickelt von Wagner & Co. Solartechnik zusammen mit dem Fraunhofer ISE (gefördert durch BMU). Anlage wurde im Juli 2010 von installiert und bis Ende Okt. 2011 vom ISE einem detaillierten Monitoring unterzogen. Das Kollektorfeld wird mit bis zu 130°C und 6 bar betrieben und lädt eine Druck-Speicherkaskade aus Vorrangspeicher und zwei Nachrangspeichern. Anlage erwärmt auf Versorgungsebene (Dampfnetz) Kessel-Zusatzwasser und Kessel-Speisewasser, auf Prozessebene wird Waschwasser für die Waschmaschinen versorgt. © BSW-Solar
