Column Name should be an alphabetic string with no more than 100 characters Contents is the column data Second Column’s data should not exceed 800 characters Subsequent Columns’ data should not exceed 320 characters Please avoid the “;” because it is used as separator Subscriber List file must be a.txt file MSISDN;Name;DOB;Balance ;Peter;01 Jan 1977; ;Jack;11 May 1980; ;Mick;04 Oct 1965;1500

All rights reserved.6 Configure UserInfo Section LoginID is the account that automator user uses to login to message manager system The message manager account associated with the LoginID must be valid and active The associated message manager account should have the privilege to create Tasks The associated message manager account should be linked to valid hub accounts The is used for error feedback This is only used when error occur before user account / LoginID could be verified User message manager account’s will be used once the LoginID has been verified successfully. is optional Logs will write to user’s upload folder regardless of settings

ListName is the SubscriberList’s Name to be created in AppMgr ListName is mandatory ListName should not exceed 100 characters ListName must be unique in AppMgr for the user account Encoding describer the data encoding in the file Only UTF8 or UCS2 encoding is supported UTF8 for normal ASCII characters UCS2 for Unicode characters such as Asian Languages Encoding will be set to UTF8 if omitted AllowDuplicateMSISDN defines whether same MSISDNs could occur more than once AllowDuplicateMSISDN’s value could be either true or false AllowDuplicateMSISDN will be set to false if omitted

All rights reserved.11 Configure Automator Task – MessageContent TPOA defines the sender’s TPOA value for the message Message defines the text body to send Use [P]ColumnName[/P] format to insert the parameters Avoid use “ ” in message because they may mistranslate as xml tags Encoding defines the text body’s encoding Encoding could be either UTF8 or UCS2 Message should not exceed 1377 characters for UTF8 encoding Message should not exceed 603 characters for UCS2 encoding

All rights reserved.12 Configure Automator Task – Schedule SafeSendingPeriodID defines the Safe Sending Period apply to the schedule Ommit the tag or leave the value to “0” if not used Check AppMgr for the SafeSendingPeriodID StartTime is the broadcast Starting Time StartTime must be at least 15 minutes later than current time or use SendNow option The StartTime is base on the TimeZone specified for the task The StartTime must follow the same format as shown
