Iserlohn 14.- 15. 05.02 Yona Okidia, Kenya:....Our college being the only one of its kind in a country of about 30million people explains the imperative need for networking and embarking on e-learning to help reach out to the many unreached Kenyans with the same desire to learn. Gladys Mubunay, Philippines: ICT and in particular e-learning is very young in the field of ICT in the Philippines and I feel I should be updated on what's new and high tech and learn how it can be applied in my work. That's what motivated me to join this training. GC21 - Gründe... for participating in an Online training... for participating in a forum (SWS) Alvaro Montes, Colombia: My expectation is exchange experiencies with other colegues. I am working in moderation of the Foro Enfoque Participativo, within Campo Latino project, from DSE. I am live in Colombia and I have some experiences in use of technologies with people that work in development in Bogotá, in health and urban culture with young people in south of Bogotá. I know some networks that use electronic mail in Latin America with interesting results.

Iserlohn 14.- 15. 05.02 Fazit Nachfrage aus EL nach der Nutzung/ Einsatz von eLearning (wie macht man das?), Content, Technologie, Nutzung der Plattform GC21... wächst; Noch gezieltere Institutionalisierung des GC21 in die Programmarbeit & stärkere Kooperationen mit Partnerinstitutionen (Mirror-sites, QM von TN) nötig GC21 leistet einen wertvollen Beitrag wenn es in bestimmten Programmphasen eingeführt & eingesetzt wird (am besten blended learning) GC21 ist kein Wundermittel: zunächst relativ hoher Investions- und Zeitaufwand um Lerneffizienz zu erzielen nur mit Erfüllung technischer, organisatorischer & methodisch-didaktischen Voraussetzungen stellt es ein sinnvolles Tool dar GC21 leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Identifizierung der Grenzen & Möglichkeiten von IKT in WB
