3 Positive Comparative Superlative Expresses the extreme.
The basic form of the adjective Examples: schnell langsam klein Compares one noun or verb to another. schneller langsamer kleiner am schnellsten am langsamsten am kleinsten It is usually formed by saying “am” and then by adding an –sten to the positive.
