6 Ziel Ziel Entwicklung eines PatientInnen-zentrierten “Standard of Care” für Rheumatoide Arthritis - implementierbar in allen europäischen Ländern Basierend auf Leitlinien, Evidenz und ExpertInnenmeinung Mittels Delphi-Methode Verfügbar in 23 offiziellen EU Sprachen

7 METHODE Systematic Review/ Kontakt mit Europäischen ExpertInnen in 44 Ländern (graue Literatur) Auswahl und Evaluation der Dokumente mittels AGREE II Kriterien Extrahieren aller Maßnahmen, Methoden und Empfehlungen Interdisziplinäres Arbeitspaket Treffen inkl. PatientInnen-PartnerInnen Delphi Methode via & Face-To-Face Treffen: 26 interdisziplinäre ExpertInnen We conducted a systematic review of literature and at the same time we contacted European experts in the field of Rheumatology asking them to provide documents that could be of interest for this project. With this step we wanted to ensure that we did not miss guidelines that are not published as peer reviewed papers. We received approximately 100 documents concerning rheumatoid arthritis. Documents fulfilling predefined Inclusion and Exclusion criteria have been appraised with the AGREE II criteria- this is a checklist for appraising the methodological quality of guidelines- to ensure that only high quality guidelines could influence the content of the user-focused standards of care. From the selected guidelines we extracted all mentioned means, methods and recommendations to discuss this findings in an international and interdisciplinary work package meeting. 21 EUMUSC.net researchers including 3 Patient research partner (Maarten De Wit, Ailsa Bosworth and Lorraine Tanner) attended the meeting. At the work package meeting we discussed the interventions also regarding the relevance in different European countries and formulated a suggestion for the user-focused standards. This proposal we circulated via in a working group including 27 researches and as soon as we had 3 comments on a standard or topic we reworded the item and send it again to the work package members for further comments. This process was repeated 2 times before we arrived at the final wording.

People with RA should have rapid access to care when they experience significant worsening of the disease. Standard of Care Have I been informed when, how, and who I can contact in case my disease is worsening? Check List Hereby I would like to present you one example for a standard of care for rheumatoid arthritis and the connected Check list question. Standard of Care Number 3 •People with RA should receive a treatment plan developed individually between them and their clinician at each visit. The matching Check list question is: •Have I received a treatment plan which includes explanation of my management, expected goals and outcomes and important contact details? 11

15 Oxytocin Diese Studie zeigt einen Anstieg von Pxy bei Kontakt mittels Massage. Hier ist wichtig, dass Oxytozin aus Blut und Speichel gemessen wurde und den gleichen Anstieg zeigt, wenn auch die Konzentration im Speichel sehr nieder ist Oxytocin measured by EIA increased within 30 min following massage in saliva and blood in men. ∗P < 0.05.
