Unterrichtung muss in einer inhaltlichen Art und Weise und so rechtzeitig geschehen, dass der EBR die möglichen Auswirkungen eingehend bewerten kann und eine eventuelle Anhörung vorbereiten kann. Linformation doit être suffisamment complète et doit être reçue à temps pour permettre dexaminer en détail les conséquences possibles et, au besoin, de préparer des consultations. 9 ah-mv © igm-etui (01/2012) EWC Directive 2009/38/EC UNI Europa, EWC Coord, Vienna 9 Consultation must take place at the appropriate managerial level, in the appropriate form, with the appropriate content and at the appropriate time so that the opinion of the EWC can be taken into account in company decision-making regarding the proposed measures. Anhörung muss so rechtzeitig und in angemessener Weise und inhaltlichen Ausgestaltung durch die entsprechende Führungsebene stattfinden, dass eine eventuelle Stellungnahme des EBR zu einer geplanten Maßnahme noch vom Arbeitgeber berücksichtigt werden kann. Consultation doit avoir lieu à léchelon adéquat, de façon appropriée, avec le contenu adéquat et en temps opportun, afin de permettre la considération de lopinion du CEE dans les prises de décision de lentreprise relatives aux mesures proposées. Ceci est important pour ancrer le CEE dans les échelons national et local de la représentation des travailleurs. Articulation between the different levels EWC members need appropriate facilities and rights to inform about the content and results of the EWC. Une nouvelle clause dadaptation signifie des nouvelles règles de négociation du GSN, y compris les prescriptions subsidiaires un GSN standard plus 3 membres du/des CEE existant(s) les CEE existants restent en vigueur jusquà ce que le nouvel accord CEE prenne effet. La directive CEE refondue contient dimportantes améliorations pour le travail de bon nombre de CEE Les CEE Article 13, bien quils puissent être exemptés des nouvelles règles, peuvent et devraient néanmoins travailler politiquement avec les nouvelles règles. The recast EWC Directive contains important improvements for the work of many EWCs Article 13 EWCs may be exempt from the new rules, but they can and should still work politically with the new standards.

19 ah-mv © igm-etui (01/2012) EWC Directive 2009/38/EC UNI Europa, EWC Coord, Vienna 19 Artikel-6-EBRs erhalten wichtige neue Ansprüche (es sei denn, ihre Vereinbarungen wurden zwischen Juni 2009 & Juni 2011 abgeschlossen oder verändert) aber diese müssen evtl. vor Gericht eingeklagt werden. CEE Article 6 gagnent des nouveaux droits importants (sauf si leurs accords ont été signés ou amendés entre juin 2009 et juin 2011) mais il sera peut-être nécessaire de les défendre devant le tribunal. Article 6 EWCs gain important new rights (unless their agreements have been signed or amended between June 2009 and June 2011) but they may have to be defended before the courts.
