Meeting of all Ministers of the federal countrys to talk about the school polituics of the whole germany. 16.12.2004 Decision of the KMK about the Standards in the teachereducation. Basis of these Standards was a paper from the Year 2000 whisch is published from the principal of the KMK and different teacher associations. Every federal state was engaged to integrate these standards in their teachereducation.

25 PH Weingarten Matthias Ludwig Die Foundation of the Standards Standards beschreiben Anforderungen an das Handeln von Lehrkräften. Die foundations of the Standards are the Competencies. Competencies are abilitys, skills and beliefs which a teacher must dispose to master the requirements in the school.

26 PH Weingarten Matthias Ludwig The Competencies The Educational Sciences are the basis for the teachereducation. At this Moment the Compentencies are fixed only for the Educational Sciences. The Standards are referencing to 4 Classes of Compentencies.

Judging: –Teache have to judge fairly and responsible minded. Innovation: –Teacher are the ability to improve their teaching and develop theirs competencies

28 PH Weingarten Matthias Ludwig Teaching Lehrerinnen und Lehrer planen Unterricht fach- und sachgerecht und führen ihn sachlich und fachlich korrekt durch. Lehrerinnen und Lehrer unterstützen durch die Gestaltung von Lernsituationen das Lernen von Schülerinnen und Schülern. Sie motivieren Schülerinnen und Schüler und befähigen sie, Zusammenhänge herzustellen und zu nutzen. Lehrerinnen und Lehrer fördern die Fähigkeiten von Schülerinnen und Schülern zum selbst bestimmten Lernen und Arbeiten.

Lehrerinnen und Lehrer vermitteln Werte und Normen und unterstützen selbst bestimmtes Urteilen und Handeln von Schülerinnen und Schülern. Lehrerinnen und Lehrer finden Lösungsansätze für Schwierigkeiten und Konflikte in Schule und Unterricht.

31 PH Weingarten Matthias Ludwig Judging Lehrerinnen und Lehrer diagnostizieren Lernvoraussetzungen und Lernprozesse von Schülerinnen und Schülern gezielt und beraten Lernende und deren Eltern. Lehrerinnen und Lehrer erfassen Leistungen von Schülerinnen und Schülern auf der Grundlage transparenter Beurteilungsmaßstäbe.

Sie verstehen ihren Beruf als ein öffentliches Amt mit besonderer Verantwortung und Verpflichtung. Lehrerinnen und Lehrer verstehen ihren Beruf als ständige Lernaufgabe. Lehrerinnen und Lehrer beteiligen sich an der Planung und Umsetzung Schulischer Projekte und Vorhaben.

33 PH Weingarten Matthias Ludwig Standards for the subjects Lehrer haben gelernt, fachlich bedeutsame Lerninhalte auszuwählen und sie logisch zu gliedern, im Unterricht verschiedene Sozialformen einzuplanen, Methoden zu wählen und zu variieren, Begriffe/Konzepte mit Schülern auch eigenaktiv aufzubauen, Schülern Möglichkeiten der mehrfachen Verarbeitung von Lerninhalten zu geben, alternative Lehr- und Lernprozesse (Projekte...) durchzuführen.
