Komitologie (Ausschusswesen) Der Ausdruck „Komitologie“ bezieht sich auf eine Reihe von Verfahren, mit denen die Europäische Kommission die ihr vom EU-Gesetzgeber übertragenen Durchführungsbefugnisse mit Unterstützung der Ausschüsse der Vertreter der EU-Länder ausübt. Solche Komitologie-Ausschüsse werden von einem Vertreter der Kommission geführt und nehmen Stellung zu Durchführungsrechtsakten, die von der Kommission vorgeschlagen wurden. Verordnung (EU) Nr. 182/2011 legt die allgemeinen Grundsätze fest, nach denen die EU-Länder die Wahrnehmung der Durchführungsbefugnisse durch die Kommission kontrollieren. Sie setzt Artikel 291 des Vertrags über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union (AEUV) über Durchführungsrechtsakte um. Gemäß der Verordnung werden zwei Arten von Verfahren verwendet: Überprüfung und Beratung. Die Wahl eines Ausschussverfahrens wird vom EU-Gesetzgeber vorgenommen und hängt von der Art der Durchführungsbefugnisse ab, die in der Grundverordnung, dem Beschluss oder der Entscheidung dargelegt sind. It is not right that when EU countries cannot decide among themselves whether or not to ban the use of glyphosate in herbicides, the Commission is forced by Parliament and Council to take a decision.
