There are different Backup and Restore SLA’s in case of a Disaster for the two different service levels This will certainly affect Organizations who’s RTO and RPO times are below these rates, more likely on the RTO for Enterprise where this is lower than 6 hours. Storage SharePoint Online 2010 has extremely strict storage limits for its service and additional storage for an enterprise customer with 1,000 End Users is going to work out extremely expensive compared to the on-premise alternative due to the fact that Microsoft charge 1G per user per month wich would calculate to USD$2500 a month.
