How far can you get with your writing? On the next slide you have to translate pieces of text that get progressively harder. Find your own level.

On one day we did a trip and visited the castle Nymphenburg. That is a beautiful, old castle in Munich. I enjoyed that! After that we ate in the restaurant. I ate sausage and drank lemonade. That was yummy! In the evenings we watched a film with Orlando Bloom. That was fun! I played tennis with my brother. That was quite good. I did a boat trip. That was not so good – that was very boring! My girl friend and I lived in a small hotel directly by the sea. I enjoyed that because I lay on the beach every afternoon. In the mornings we mostly stayed in the hotel or we went into the town and bought souvenirs or clothes. On one day we went to the disco in the evening. We got to know a lot of people and danced. I enjoyed that best. On the last day we flew in the morning at 8 oclock with the plane home. My holiday was fun because I met new people.
