Badge & security regulations on site Kommen Sie bitte direkt zum Werkstor und gehen Sie dann zur Ausweisstelle. Sie werden vom Security Team begrüßt. Bitte denken Sie daran, dass Sie Ihren Ausweis / Reisepass dabei haben. Security wird ein Foto von Ihnen machen und Ihren Ihrer Ausweis ausstellen. Danach gehen Sie bitte direkt in Ihre Abteilung. Ihre Führungskraft erwartet Sie dort. Die Kontaktdaten Ihrer Führungskraft entnehmen Sie bitte dem Vertragsanschreiben. *** Please report to the Security Badge Office upon arrival. You will be welcomed at the main gate by the security team. Pease remember, we will need your Passport/ID-Card for identification. Security will take a picture of you and issue your badge. Afterwards you will go directly to your respective department. Your manager will be expecting you there – his/her contact details are communicated via your start letter which accompanies your contract. 01 December 2018

Practical hints to prepare your 1st day at Airbus 3. Lunch Für den ersten Arbeitstag können Sie Ihren Airbusausweis mit Bargeld aufladen. Entsprechende Terminals finden Sie am Eingang der Kantine. Sie könne mit den Airbusausweis mit 50€, 20€, 10€ und 5€ Scheine aufladen. Danach können Sie an der Kasse mit Ihrem Airbusausweis bezahlen. Die Summe wird einfach abgebucht. Kartenzahlung ist leider nicht möglich. Nachdem Sie eine bestimmtes Formular ausgefüllt haben, ist es ebenfalls möglich den Geldbetrag per Lastschrift direkt von Ihrem monatlichen Gehalt abbuchen zu lassen. Im HUB finden Sie die wöchentliche Speisekarte. Sie finden sie ganz einfach im HUB unter `Services` und dann `Catering`. *** For the first day you can reload your Airbus-Badge with cash. Dedicated terminals are available at the entrance to the canteen. You can load your card with 50€, 20€, 10€ and 5€ notes. Simply present your card at the till once you have made your selection, and it will be deducted from your spend from your card. Card payment is not accepted. After filling a dedicated form you will be also able to pay by direct debit from your monthly salary. Menus are published weekly on the HUB. Just go to the HUB and select ‘Services’ ‘Catering’ for details. 01 December 2018

Kontaktdaten Ihrer Führungskraft, damit Sie wissen, wo Sie am ersten Tag (Day One) erwartet werden. *** Valid Passport or National Identity Card Cash if you intend to buy lunch or drinks from the restaurants/cafes on site as card payment is not accepted.
