GETRIEBE Getriebe mit Schaltung in einer Gasse (sequentiell) Gegenstand des Patents DE- 43 242 64C-2 ist ein mechanisches Getriebe, dass aus einem Gehäuse, Vorgelegewelle, Zahnrädern, Antriebswelle, Schaltstange und Synchronringen besteht. Im Gehäuse sitzt Vorgelegewelle, gegenüber sind Zahnräder, die im Gehäuse gelagert sind. Zwischen Zahnrädern befinden sich Synchronringe. Durch Zahnräder und Synchronringe führt eine Antriebswelle. In der Antriebswelle wird eine Schaltstange längsverschiebbar angebracht. Die Schaltstange hat mehrere Keile. Die Keile sind mit Kugeln oder Stiften für die Arretierung in den Zahnrädern und in Synchronringen versehen. Die Kräfteübertragung funktioniert folgender weise: Antriebswelle wird von der Kupplung angetrieben und Keile in der Antriebswelle übertragen die Kraft auf Zahnräder, nach gewähltem Zahnrad. Das Zahnrad gibt die Kraft an das Zahnrad der Vorgelegewelle ab und die weiter an die Kardanwelle oder Differential (Vorderantrieb). Die Gänge werden gewechselt durch Schieben der Schaltstange, die sich in der Antriebswelle befindet. Zwischen jedem Gang ist ein Synchronisierungsgang seriell angeordnet. Es kann man auch Gänge überspringen durch Schieben der Schaltstange in die gewünschte Position. Das Getriebe dank seiner Anordnung ist sehr klein und kompakt. Dies ermöglicht extrem kurze Schaltwege. Zahnräder sind im Gehäuse gelagert und dadurch ist das Getriebe geeignet für die Übertragung von Drehmomenten jeder Art, sowohl für ein LKW auch für ein Fahrrad. Die einfache Geradebewegung beim Schalten ist besonders für die Automatisierung der Schaltung geeignet. Relativ kleines Gewicht und Kompaktheit ist für jeden Autobauer vorteilhaft, weil er spart Platz in der Karoserie und auch Gewicht des Fahrzeugs. Das Getriebe kann man überall einsetzen und die Einfachheit und Zuverlässigkeit wird immer überzeugen.

The power transmission operate as follows: Drive shaft is transferred from the clutch through the gears. The gibe-head keys in the drive shaft transfer the power to these gears in the gearbox, according to the choose speed (stage). The gear gives the power to the countershaft and this one further to the differential. These speed gears (up/down) are changed lengthways through the gearshift. Between every cogwheel (gear) there is a synchronous gear put serially. It's also possible to omit the gears in pushing the gearshift into the desirable position. The gearbox is thanks to this grouping very small and compact. These facts make possible to short the shift way extremely. This cogwheels (gears) are stocked in the gear box and thereby also suitable for the transmission of driving torque in every way, for the lorries but the bicycle too. The simple straight on moving by shifting the gears is for the automatic gear change very suitable! The relative light weight and the high compatibility are for every car producer very advantageous. It saves space in the body of a car and also reduce the weight of a car. The gearbox can be used everywhere and for every variant, for the automatic gears too.
