5 The number of devices and the amount of data is exploding. New infrastructures can emerge. Old Structures are to be radically overhauled.

6 U.S. CPG companies and retailers lose $40 billion annually due to inefficient supply chains.

7 In North America, up to 22 percent of total port volume is empty containers. The Port of Jersey has 100,000 empty containers sitting in storage – worth nearly $200 million.

EinmalEinmal in den Köpfen ändern, nicht für jede Technologie einzeln Akzeptieren, dass auch die Gesundheit wie die Landwirtschaft oder die Autoindustrie rationalisiert und „re-engineert“ wird. Medizin wird besser und billiger zugleich. Nur besser und etwas teurer ist von gestern. Neue Märkte für Premium-Health gibt es genug. Auch dafür fehlen Strukturen.

21 Evolve & Change Run the Business Dynamic Infrastructure versusProjektizismus Das dynamische Verändern und Anpassen von Strukturen nimmt einen immer größeren Raum gegenüber dem „bloßen“ Betreiben ein. Das Verändern selbst muss effizient betrieben werden. Dazu reicht Projektizismus nicht aus, der den Erfolg am Nutzen jedes isolierten Projektes misst.

Ab jetzt: Staat erschließt die Infrastrukturen der Zukunft und gibt zu verstehen, dass die alten Strukturen behutsam fallengelassen werden Die Forschung und das „New Business“ siedelt sich in erschlossenen Zukunftsgebieten an.
