8 Service Informations System Übersicht Informationsmodul Schelle on-line Informationen während des Betriebs für Geräte- und Prozessdaten Anzeige- und Kontrollfunktionen Alle relevanten Daten aus der SPS können analog, digital oder als Grafik dargestellt werden. Messinstrumente mit Schleppzeiger sind möglich Spezielle kundenspezifische Anforderungen sind zusätzlich möglich Historiendateien, z.B. Zählung der Zyklen nach Grösse, Schicht etc. Statistikfunktionen: Auslastung, Benutzung, Produktionsdaten,… Standardanzeigen für Arbeitsstunden der Hauptantriebe, Operations-, Produktions-, Einschalt- und Stillstandszeiten Die Anzeigen werden in verschiedenen Fenstern, sortiert nach Funktion, dargestellt. 19 Service Informations System Übersicht Trace/Trendmodul Die on-line Tracedaten aus der SPS werden auf der Zeitachse dargestellt Bis zu vier Trendanzeigen sind in einem Fenster darstellbar Der Benutzer kann eigene Trendanzeigen konfigurieren. Damit ist es möglich, verschiedene Signale für die Fehleranalyse zu kombinieren Betreiberspezifische Anforderungen können integriert werden Alle Daten werden in Historiendateien aufgezeichnet.
