15 CONCLUSIONS The Greek society, greatly different from other European ones, was summoned to face the impetuous current entrance of financial mainly immigrants in our country. The xenophobic syndromes that appear from the results of our research are a result from this sudden change but also the delay of the state to draw up an equitable migratory policy. Everyday that passes adapts our community into the new data and gives the opportunity to the state to react in the right direction. So we tend to believe that the multicultural society with equal opportunities and rights, independent of color, origin and the religion of its members, is slowly taking place in our country.
