2 We have already learnt to use several tenses……. 1) the present tense eg. Ich spiele Fussball eg. Ich spiele Fussball 2) the perfect tense eg. Ich habe Fussball gespielt eg. 3 Now we are going to learn one more!!!! THE IMPERFECT TENSE THE IMPERFECT TENSE The imperfect tense is also used to talk about the past. There is NO DIFFERENCE in meaning between the perfect and imperfect tenses. Although you usually use the PERFECT when speaking and the IMPERFECT when writing….it doesnt really matter which you use………
