3 Assessment using static lateral side force Single axle case: Super Single tires (width ~450 mm) and single axle => r= 1 m F q stat *L = g *0,60*A v *1 = g *0,60*A v Single axle case: Super Single tires and double axle with separation 1,3 m=> r= 1,2 m F q stat *L = g *0,60*A v *1,2 = g *0,72*A v Comments: TA31 is concerned with rolling radius which is relevant for single axles. A double axle involves a fair amount of scuffing when turning. I.e. For that reason an adjustment from 0,6 to 0,79 [0,95/1,2] seems justified.
