Their function is to organize questioning and assumptions. Manche Modelle transportieren leider stattdessen mehr Abgrenzung und Elitebewusstsein (Systemisch ist besser!). Fragen darf gerne Experimentieren sein: „Angenommen man würde so fragen, wären dadurch gewonnene Antworten bedeutsam und von Nutzen?“

Metaperspectives Most important things are not hidden. To be able to see them, the observer has to change. Exploration sometimes means detailed investigation within the given frame of reference, and often changing perspectives.

Being aware of perspectives
Metaphor of spotlights Which spotlights are actually turned on? In which light do they show the object? Which ones are unneccessary or distracting? Which other/additional ones would show the object in an useful light? Helicopter style of consulting (3 swans) Stellt man sich Perspektiven wie Scheinwerfer z.B. in einem Theater vor, dann ist klar, dass sie beliebig getrennt und zusammengeschaltet werden können sollten und dass sie einzeln oder kombiniert, die Inszenierung auf der Bühne im Lichte ihrer Scheinwerferqualitäten erscheinen lassen können.
