Die Patientin ist mit dem kosmetischen Ergebnis insgesamt nicht zufrieden. Implantatwechsel bds. mit mehr Projektion, etwas breiter, links eher subpektoral. (+ Lipofilling) CAVE: adjuvante Radiatio links. Aktuelle MRT-Untersuchung zeigte einen unauffälligen Befund.
