©2011 SAP AG. All rights reserved.5 Business Case 1 Sales person should be able to lookup sales orders of his customer (of a definable period). If possible display the results graphically as well. Background: The customer will introduce SAP CRM and SUP MobileSales next year. The expected go live date is 8 month from now. To give the sales force basic mobile access now, SUP HWC are to be used to bridge the gap.

©2011 SAP AG. All rights reserved.6 Business Case 2 The sales people are to receive a notification with activity details, when a certain activity takes place in one of their accounts. Background: The customer Background: The existing sales solution does not cover this functionality. The customer is looking for a quick way to cover this gap.

©2011 SAP AG. All rights reserved.7 Business Case 3 Automatic customer fact sheet – The system needs to send device users a customer report and include external data (e.g. stock value, google maps location) Background: All customer facing citizens need quick access to relevant customer data so they can prepare their visit. By experience most visits are expected to be unprepared due to the haste and pre-occupation of all involved parties. As everyone needs to schedule their external visits in the system anyway an automatic notification is expect to be possible..
