León-Weinkeller hat eigenen Weinbergen und den fortschrittlichsten technischen Ressourcen in der Entwicklung und Produktion seiner Weine; Ihre Lagerkapazitäten nähert sich 6 Millionen Liter. Es rühmt sich einen Weinkeller, der für die zweitausend amerikanischen und französischen Eichenfässern. Seine Abfülllinie erreicht eine Produktion nahe bis zwölf tausend Flaschen pro Stunde. Letztlich dies macht Bodegas Vinos de León, eine Unterschrift des renommierten auf allen Ebenen.

©El Leonés-Barrientos Tl.: Die Benennung von Qualitätswein TIERRA DE LEÓN (Gegend Valdevimbre – Los Oteros) besteht der Winzer, Verarbeiten und Abfüllbetriebe deren berufliche Tätigkeit innerhalb einer definierten Geographischen Grenze entwickelt. Diese Assoziation wurde mit grundlegendem Vorschlag, die Qualitätssicherung bei aller jene Verbraucher mit unserem Produkt. Das ist ein Primäre und notwendigen Achse für die Vermarktung und Förderung unserer Wein. Die Technische Dienstleistungen der Vereinigung zusammen mit der Seher und Zertifizierung Ausschuss durchführen sehr streng Kontrolle. Palate: Full and fleshy palate with a balanced acidity that gives it freshness. Persistent with an elegant and glicering finish. Serving temperature: Serve at 10 – 12°C Marriage: This wine can be enjoyed with fish, seafood and fresh cheese. Tecnical Description: Valtea is a young Albariño monovarietal wich develops from a grape harvest in a perfect ripening process. The wine Valtea is made of grapes coming from select vines. It is meticulously taken care of from bunch´s birth till bottling. The technical director´s work in the winery is to reinforce the natural qualities of the Albariño grape, carryng out a winemaking process starting in the selection of the finest bunches, careful presses and fermentation control. We crop thin in order to avoid excessive load in the vines and so achieve a higher concentration of sugars and other minerals in the fruit. It is a very limited production of a wine from terruño, full and intense. This wine is the maximun expression of the land, ist climate and ist historic moment. Bot Case 6 Bot. Fermented at low temperature (16°C) and kept with fine lees in the vat for 6 month. Intense aromas of ripe fruit ( pear, apple ), wild flowers with hints of honey coming through. On the palate is full, fleshy with good balance and lingering finish. Bot Case 6 Bot.
